We recommend that, in addition to looking at the photos, you read the descriptions: comfort temperature of the bags, dimensions of the tent, etc.
We check and clean after each rental. All material is disinfected following our Covid-19 protocol. We pay special attention to the container with kitchen utensils: plates, glasses, cutlery… that we wash in the dishwasher and, once dry, nobody touches until the arrival of the new customers.

We appreciate that you return everything as clean as possible: do not leave food residues on kitchen utensils, waste inside the store, papers, bags, etc.
The tent and the bags must be left to dry and any traces of mud or soil removed. Humidity spoils things, do not store them for several days if they are wet. If for weather reasons it is not possible, we would appreciate it if you let us know when you return the material.
If something requires extra cleaning, is damaged (tears, bulges, burns, stains, etc.) or is lost, the cost will be withdrawn from the deposit deposited. When formalizing the reservation we will give you a list with the value of each thing.

The dates will be those that we have agreed as the start and end of the rental. If you are lucky enough to extend your vacation and need the material for more days, let us know right away and we will see what can be done. Same thing if you go ahead.
The time of collection and return will be agreed in each case based on your schedules and our availability. In case you have to modify it, let us know as soon as possible.
The return time will not affect the rental price as long as it is within the agreed time. You have all day to disassemble, clean, make the last purchases… No rush.

The preparation, cleaning and revision of the material implies the same time for any duration of the rental. Consequently, we apply a minimum price that is 3 days.

It will be at our premises on Pompeu Fabra street in Tossa de Mar.
In exceptional cases, we can assess the option of taking the pack to the reception of your campsite or to a place that comes to you on the way: Do not hesitate! Ask us.

Payment will be made when formalizing the reservation by Paypal or bank transfer.
Upon arrival you must deposit the deposit in cash in euros. Upon return, once the material has been reviewed and if everything is in good condition, it will be returned to you. We advise you to come with a little time, since we need a while to review everything. Failure to deposit the deposit will be considered a cancellation of less than 24 hours and will not be entitled to any refund.

If you cancel more than 7 days before your arrival, we will refund 100% of the amount.
If you cancel between 2 and 7 days before your arrival, we will refund 50% of the amount.
If you cancel between 1 and 2 days before your arrival, we will refund 30% of the amount.
Less than 24 hours before your arrival, cancellation is no longer allowed and you will not be entitled to any refund.
The return of the amount will be made by Paypal or transfer. Bank charges will be borne by you.

We do not supply food or consumable material: salt, oil, gas, etc.
If you plan to arrive outside of business hours, we offer you the “minimum purchase” service for a reasonable price. Feel free to ask.
